From first message to finished course
Your coach. Your schedule. Your home. Here's exactly what happens after you reach out — no account walls, no mystery, no surprises.
Tell us about your athlete
Fill out the two-minute request form: age, experience, goals, town, and the days that work for your family. If you'd rather talk first, choose the call option and we'll call you. No account to create, ever.
Get your program recommendation
We come back within 24 hours with an honest recommendation: the right level (Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced) and the right format, 1-on-1 or semi-private. For the standard courses you also get the full written plan, so you can read exactly what your athlete will learn before paying. We also confirm whether there's a coach available where you live — if there isn't one yet, we tell you that instead of taking a booking.
Meet your coach at the first session
Your matched coach arrives at your home with all the equipment: cones, flag belts, and correctly sized footballs. Every session runs a full 60 minutes, and the first one doubles as an assessment that fine-tunes the plan to your athlete.
Train week after week, same coach, same slot
The course runs on a consistent weekly rhythm in your yard, driveway, or garage. Each session builds on the last, and your coach recaps progress with you at the end of every one.
Finish the course with visible progress
A course ends on purpose. Your athlete finishes with concrete, game-visible skills, and you decide what's next: the following level, a semi-private group with friends, or a tryout-prep block.
A course, not a punch card
- Every course has a beginning and an end: 8 sessions for a focused build, 16 for a full offseason arc.
- The standard Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced courses are written out session by session before you pay, so you can read exactly what your athlete will learn in week 1 and week 8. QB, position-specific, and tryout-prep work is built per athlete instead.
- Three levels, each taught in age bands of 5–8, 9–10, 11–13, and 14–17.
- Sessions build on each other with the same coach, so skills compound instead of resetting every week.
8 weeks to be ready for opening day
Most areas have two flag football seasons, which means two prep windows. Start an 8-session course in January or February and your athlete walks into spring opening day sharp. Start in the summer and they're ready for the fall season. The standard curricula are built to run in a driveway plus about 30 feet of grass, and a garage handles hands and footwork when the weather won't cooperate.
The details parents ask about
What if the weather is bad on session day?
Bad-weather sessions reschedule within a 14-day window at no cost. In colder months, hands-and-footwork sessions can run in a garage, and the standard curricula are built to work in a driveway plus about 30 feet of grass.
Who is at the house during sessions?
A parent or guardian is always on the property. Coaches never enter the home (sessions happen in the yard, driveway, or garage), and no coach ever transports an athlete.
How do we communicate with the coach?
All scheduling and communication runs through Flag Training Football's company channels, so there's always a record and always someone accountable.
Do we need to buy any equipment?
No. Your coach brings everything: flag belts, cones, agility gear, and footballs sized to your athlete's age band. Sneakers or cleats and a water bottle are all your athlete needs.
Does this work where we live?
We train athletes at home nationwide. Request a session and we'll match your athlete with a vetted coach in your area. The steps above are the same wherever you are.
Can we start mid-season?
Yes. Courses start when you start. Many families begin during a spring or fall season to fix something specific, and many others use the winter or summer prep window to get ahead of opening day.
Ready to see real progress?
Tell us about your athlete and we'll match the right coach and course. Prefer to talk it through first? Ask for a quick call in the form and we'll call you.
