What we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect what you provide: parent or guardian name, email, phone, town, your athlete's age, program interests, scheduling preferences, and anything you write in a message field. We do not require account creation, and we do not collect payment details through this website.

Children's information

Our services are for kids, but our website is for parents. Forms are designed to be completed by a parent or legal guardian, and the athlete information we ask for is limited to what's needed to plan training (age, experience level). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Photo or video of athletes is captured only with explicit parental consent given in the participation waiver, and that consent can be declined or withdrawn at any time.

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry and recommend a program;
  • To match a coach, schedule sessions, and run your course;
  • To send service communication about your booking;
  • To improve our programs and site.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that make the site work (form storage and email delivery) — who process it on our behalf.

Where it lives

Form submissions are stored in a secured database and delivered to our inbox via an email service provider. Access is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.

Your choices

Email hello@liflagfootball.com at any time to ask what information we hold about your family, request a correction, or request deletion. We honor deletion requests except where a record must be kept for a legal reason (for example, a signed waiver).

Cookies and advertising

This site uses the Meta (Facebook) pixel, which sets cookies and reports page views back to Meta. We use it to measure whether our advertising reaches families who are actually looking for youth flag football training, and to avoid paying to show ads to people who have already contacted us.

The pixel records the pages you view on this site and technical details such as your browser, device and IP address. Meta may connect that activity to a Facebook or Instagram account if you have one. We do not send your name, email, phone number, or any information about your child to Meta.

We also use Microsoft Clarity on some pages to see how visitors move through the site. Clarity records anonymized session activity such as clicks and scrolling; it is not used to identify anyone.

You can limit this. Meta's ad preferences control how your activity is used for advertising, and most browsers allow you to block third-party cookies or send a Do Not Track signal. Blocking these changes nothing about the service you receive from us.

Changes

We'll update the effective date above when this policy changes. Material changes affecting active customers will be communicated directly.
