Private Flag Football Training

One coach, one athlete, one plan. Private sessions are the fastest way to improve because every rep and every minute belongs to your child. At your home, on your schedule.

How it's packaged

Structured as a course

Runs as a structured course: 8 sessions for one focused build, or 16 for a full offseason arc. The standard Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced curricula are written out session by session, so you can read the whole plan before you pay for it. Single sessions are available if you'd rather try a coach first.

1-on-1

8-Session Course

$1,200

$150/session · 8 sessions

1-on-1

16-Session Course

$2,240

$140/session · 16 sessions

Paying online holds the spot and starts the coach match. Not ready yet? Request this program and we'll walk you through it first, no pressure. Two kids in the house? We can't verify siblings at checkout, so ask us before you pay and we'll apply it to your total. Ask us about it.

Who it's for

Is this your athlete?

  • Athletes who want the fastest possible improvement over a defined course
  • Kids who focus better without a group around them
  • Players working on one specific weakness, like flag pulling, catching, or route depth
  • Families with tight schedules who need sessions that fit their week

Ages 5–17, in curriculum age bands of 5–8, 9–10, 11–13, and 14–17. Drills, equipment, and pace are scaled to the band. A 7-year-old's session looks nothing like a 14-year-old's.

The curriculum

What athletes learn

Flag pulling

Angle of pursuit, breakdown steps, and clean two-hand pulls. It's the single skill that decides most flag football games.

Route running

Stems, breaks, and pacing for the core route tree, plus how to read a defender's leverage and win at the top of the route.

Catching

Hand position, tracking the ball over either shoulder, contested catches, and securing the ball before turning upfield.

Footwork and change of direction

Acceleration, deceleration, and cuts. This athletic base makes every other skill look faster.

Inside a session

How each session runs

Every session is a full 60 minutes.

01

Warm-up and movement prep

Dynamic warm-up plus footwork ladder or cone work tied to the day's focus.

02

Skill blocks

Two or three focused blocks with high rep counts. No standing in line, no waiting for a turn.

03

Competitive application

Skills go live: coach-vs-athlete route reps, flag-pull chase drills, and game-situation decisions.

04

Wrap-up and homework

A quick recap for the parent and one thing to practice before the next session.

At-home logistics

We bring everything

Your coach arrives with everything: cones, flag belts, footballs sized for your athlete's age, and an agility ladder. Your driveway, yard, or garage is all the room we need.

A parent or guardian is always on the property during sessions. Coaches never enter the home (sessions run in the yard, driveway, or garage) and never transport athletes. Bad-weather sessions reschedule within a 14-day window.

Good to know

Private Training FAQ

How is a private session different from team practice?

Team practice divides one coach's attention across an entire roster. In a private session your athlete gets every rep and every correction. A skill that takes a season to fix at practice often improves in a handful of focused sessions.

How many sessions does it take to see progress?

Most parents notice sharper technique within the first few sessions. Real, game-visible change takes longer, and that's what the 8-session course is built to produce. The 16-session course extends it into a full offseason build. It's why we sell structured courses with a beginning and an end instead of loose sessions.

Can we change the focus from session to session?

Yes. Your coach follows a development plan, but it flexes. If your athlete has a game Saturday and wants to work on getting open, that becomes the session.

Do parents need to stay for the session?

A parent or guardian must be home during every session. You don't need to watch the whole time, but most parents enjoy the last few minutes when the coach recaps what they worked on.
