Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Flag Training Football ("we," "us") provides private and semi-private youth flag football training delivered at customer homes in the markets where we currently have coaches available (see our service areas), along with related consulting services and the content on this website. By booking our services or using this site, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings and payment

Training is sold primarily as courses (for example, 8- or 16-session courses) paid in full up front, with single sessions and custom hourly blocks also available. Current pricing is published on our pricing page. A booking is confirmed when payment is received and a coach and schedule are agreed. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

3. Scheduling, weather, and rescheduling

Sessions canceled for bad weather are rescheduled within a 14-day window at no charge. For other conflicts, contact us through our scheduling channels with reasonable notice and we will work with you to reschedule. Courses are intended to be completed on a consistent weekly rhythm; repeated no-shows without notice may result in forfeited sessions.

4. At-home sessions

Sessions take place at the customer's home in outdoor or garage spaces. A parent or legal guardian must be on the property for the duration of every session. Coaches do not enter the home and do not transport athletes. You are responsible for providing a reasonably safe space and disclosing known hazards.

5. Waiver requirement

A signed participation waiver (summarized on our waiver page) is required before the first session. Sessions cannot begin without it.

6. Coach conduct and communication

All coaches pass background checks before taking sessions. All scheduling and communication between families and coaches runs through Flag Training Football company channels. If anything about a session concerns you, contact us immediately at hello@liflagfootball.com.

7. Refunds

If you're unsatisfied after the first session of a course, contact us within 48 hours and we'll work with you in good faith — including switching coaches or refunding unused sessions. Completed sessions are not refundable.

8. Referral offer

Referral credits (a free session per referred family that purchases a course) are issued after the referred family's purchase is complete, have no cash value, and may be modified or discontinued prospectively at any time.

9. Website content

Content on this site — guides, league information, and program descriptions — is provided for general information. League listings are informational; Flag Training Football is not affiliated with listed leagues unless otherwise stated. Collegiate consulting provides guidance only; we make no promises regarding roster spots, recruitment, or scholarships.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the services or this site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under New York law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the latest version. Material changes to an active course engagement will be communicated directly.
