Semi-Private Flag Football Training
Grab a friend, a sibling, or a couple of teammates. Semi-private sessions put 2–4 athletes with one coach. You keep most of the individual attention, add game-realistic competition, and share the cost.
Structured as a course
Runs as an 8-session course per group of 2–4 athletes. Recruit a neighbor or a couple of teammates and everyone pays less per athlete, with the same coach and one backyard. Siblings sharing a session get 50% off the second child, and since checkout can't verify siblings, just ask us before you pay and we'll apply it.
Groups run up to 4 athletes. Need a custom or full-team quote? Contact us.

Is this your athlete?
- Friends or neighbors who want to train together
- Siblings close in age
- Teammates preparing for the same season or tryout
- Kids who compete harder and have more fun with a partner
Ages 5–17, grouped inside one curriculum age band (5–8, 9–10, 11–13, 14–17) and similar experience level so drills fit everyone.
What athletes learn
Everything in private training
The same curriculum of flag pulling, routes, catching, and footwork, adapted so partners push each other through every block.
Live 1-on-1 reps
Receiver vs. defender, ball-carrier vs. flag-puller. With two athletes, every drill can go live against a real opponent instead of just a coach.
Timing and chemistry
QB-receiver pairs work on timing routes and reads that are impossible to train alone.
Competitive habits
Score-kept drills, win-the-rep finishes, and learning to compete hard while staying composed.
How each session runs
Every session is a full 60 minutes.
Shared warm-up
Partner-based movement prep and footwork races to set a competitive tone.
Skill stations
Athletes rotate through paired drills. One performs, one serves or defends, then they switch, so rest is built in without wasted time.
Live competition
1-on-1s and small-sided games that apply the day's skills under pressure.
Recap
Each athlete leaves with individual feedback, not group-level generalities.
We bring everything
One family hosts; the coach brings flag belts, cones, and footballs for every athlete. Groups are capped at 4 so nobody stands around. We help you keep the group at similar ages and levels so every athlete is challenged.
A parent or guardian is always on the property during sessions. Coaches never enter the home (sessions run in the yard, driveway, or garage) and never transport athletes. Bad-weather sessions reschedule within a 14-day window.
Semi-Private Training FAQ
How do we build a group?
Most families bring their own: a friend, a sibling, or teammates. Tell us the ages and experience levels and we'll confirm the group works before the first session.
Is semi-private as effective as private?
They do different jobs. Private maximizes reps and individual correction, while semi-private adds live competition and costs less per athlete. Many families alternate between the two.
What if the kids are different skill levels?
A small gap is fine, since coaches scale drills per athlete. If the gap is large enough to hold either athlete back, we'll tell you honestly and suggest splitting into private sessions.
Whose house do we use?
Whichever works. One family can host every week, or you can rotate. The coach brings the same setup either way.
